Dragon Gate Mahjong Privacy Policy

The short version

Dragon Gate Mahjong does not collect, store or share any personal information. There is no account, no sign-in, no analytics, no advertising and no tracking. The game works entirely offline.

Information stored on your device

Your game progress - boards completed, stars, coins and gems, items you own, your collection, your daily streak and your settings - is saved only on your own device. It is never sent to us or to anyone else.

If you delete the app, this information is deleted with it. If your device backs up app data to iCloud, that backup is handled by Apple under Apple's privacy policy; we cannot see it.

When you contact us

If you use Send feedback in the game or email us, we receive your email address and whatever you choose to write. The feedback draft also includes the app version and your device model and system version, which you can see and remove before sending.

We use this only to reply to you and to fix problems. We do not sell it, share it for marketing, or add you to a mailing list. You can ask us to delete your messages at any time.

Third parties

The game contains no third-party analytics, advertising or tracking software. It is distributed through the Apple App Store, and Apple's own privacy policy applies to your use of the App Store.

Children

Dragon Gate Mahjong is suitable for all ages. Because the game collects no personal information from anyone, it collects none from children.

Changes to this policy

If a future version of the game changes how information is handled - for example by adding optional rewarded ads or in-app purchases - we will update this page before that version is released and describe exactly what data those features use.
